Algoa FM's Charity Walk Gifts R10,000 to Bethelsdorp School for Educator Development

The altruism of Algoa FM and its partners, notably ISUZU Motors South Africa, extends further through this year’s selection of beneficiaries for the Big Walk for Cancer - Wings and Wishes and Reach for a Dream. Both organizations play a critical role in supporting children with life-threatening diseases—Wings and Wishes by providing transport to treatment centers and Reach for a Dream by gifting life-enhancing experiences through granted wishes.

With Algoa FM's contribution, Wings and Wishes can persist in arranging essential travel for children seeking treatment far from home, accompanied by care packages to ease their journey. Reach for a Dream, on the other hand, is set to supply laptops and tablets. This technology will empower hospitalized children to remain connected to their families, keep up with schoolwork, and maintain a window to the world amid their challenging conditions.
