In a concerning development at KwaBhaca High School, more than 320 learners were admitted to nearby healthcare centers following symptoms indicative of a poisoning event. The Eastern Cape Health Department is on high alert as they investigate the situation, ensuring all impacted students receive the necessary medical attention.

The mysterious illness manifested as widespread vomiting and diarrhea amongst the learners, leading to an immediate health crisis within the school. This spurred a swift operation as medical staff from Tshungwana Clinic and Madzikane KaZulu Memorial Hospital worked tirelessly to manage and treat the affected students.
