Table Mountain Aerial Cableway Celebrates Milestone with 32 Millionth Visitor

Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, a key tourist attraction in Cape Town, South Africa, reached a significant milestone by welcoming its 32 millionth visitor since its inception in 1929. On January 14, Gavin Beckmann from Bloemfontein became the lucky 32 millionth guest to experience the spectacular views from one of the most iconic mountains in the world.

The Table Mountain Aerial Cableway Company (TMACC) expressed their delight in reaching this landmark number. To commemorate the occasion, they not only recognized Beckmann with celebratory posts on social media but also rewarded him with an exciting prize package. This included two Fast Track tickets, a lunch for two at the exquisite VIEWS by De Grendel restaurant, and a voucher for the mountain’s Shop at the Top.

In a celebratory post on Instagram, TMACC shared their gratitude towards all visitors, stating, "We want to extend a huge thank you to every single person who has made this journey with us to the top of Table Mountain.
