Court Chaos: Enoch Mgijima Municipal Vehicles Seized Over Labour Dispute

Horatio Hendricks, Member of the Provincial Legislature for the DA, highlighted service delivery as "near non-existent," casting doubts over the municipality's capacity to handle their fiscal and administrative responsibilities.

Kowa, responding on behalf of the Enoch Mgijima Municipality, sought to reaffirm to residents that diligent efforts are underway to ensure the situation does not extensively affect their service delivery capability. Amidst increasing scrutiny, the municipality remains committed to its campaign against corruption and improving operational efficiency.
