Tragedy struck again just two hours later when another 15-year-old boy, Luciano Bailey, was found lifeless, his body bearing multiple wounds, at the corner of Sunflower and Carney Streets.

Leveraging the resources and expertise at their disposal, the team was able to positively identify and locate the individuals behind these senseless acts.
