City of Cape Town Offers Reward for Information Leading to Arrest in Construction Site Attack

The City of Cape Town officials have voiced their vehement disapproval following a brazen assault that left a security guard and a K9 patrol dog injured at a pivotal construction site in Philippi. Rob Quintas, the City’s Mayco Member for Urban Mobility, revealed distressing details of the attack, disclosing that the wounded guard is currently being treated in a hospital, and veterinary care is being extended to the injured K9, which sustained two bullet wounds and remains in a critical condition.
