Tensions Rise at Makhubele Tribunal as Judges Clash Over Conduct Allegations

The Judicial Conduct Tribunal, presided over by the retired KwaZulu-Natal Judge President Achmat Jappie, turned tense as suspended Gauteng High Court Judge Nana Makhubele fervently disputed the handling of the misconduct allegations against her.
