South Africa's PIC Invests Billions in Controversial Oil Tycoon's Company

The Public Investment Corporation (PIC) of South Africa has announced plans to invest R3 billion ($270-million) in a United States oil company, Camac Energy Inc, which is owned by a dubious Nigerian-American businessman, Kase Lawal.
